Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DendroLink (“DendroLink”, “we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
DendroLink is a personal CRM for keeping track of the people you meet — contacts, notes, meetings, and tasks — with optional voice and AI-assisted features to speed up data entry.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use DendroLink for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Store data about people in ways that violate applicable privacy laws or the rights of others.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Your content
You own the content you add to DendroLink. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you (including passing voice notes to our AI provider when you use that feature). You are responsible for having the right to store information about the people in your CRM.
AI features
Voice transcription and AI-generated fields are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review them before relying on them.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. DendroLink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DendroLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using DendroLink at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
